The movie observes and represents the time of India's freedom.

Midnight's children story is a poor or rich person. It's historical fiction. It is fiction and fantasy the political situation of the three countries, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Story about two children saleem Sinai or Shiva. This two names itself suggest that how religion plays vital role in post colonial studies. Nurse is change the baby or changes situation. " Poor become rich or rich become poor ". It's Main point a story. Saleem faces this kind of problem when he and his family come to know that he is not the real son.
